Prepared Childbirth Education
This four-week course covers all options for birth preferences (medicated, unmedicated or C-section) as well as baby care, & postpartum healing. You will received up to date, evidence-based information to help you make knowledgeable birthing decisions appropriate for you and your family. We will also explore the role of the birth partner, and practice relaxation methods and various positions for labor.
The virtual course is taught via Zoom, to enable enrollees to participate from the comfort of home.
